 Easton Mosteller Property Management is a boutique residential property management firm serving the Mid-South. We intentionally manage a limited number of homes so each property receives proactive oversight, thoughtful tenant placement, and clear communication.

We are not a high-volume or discount management company.

To maintain service quality, we typically manage residential properties valued at $300,000 and above in stable, well-maintained neighborhoods. This allows us to protect the physical asset, reduce preventable issues, and provide consistent communication to our owners.

We work best with owners who:

• Care about long-term property value

• Want professional tenant placement

• Prefer calm, proactive management over reactive fixes

We may not be the right fit if:
