Who We Are
We’re Michael and Nikki Mosteller — a husband-and-wife team with over 18 years of experience in real estate and property management across Shelby County, Tennessee and North Mississippi. We founded Easton Mosteller Property Management to provide homeowners and landlords with the kind of honest, attentive service we would want for our own properties.
Our roots are here in the Mid-South, and we bring that local knowledge and pride to every home we manage — from established neighborhoods in Germantown and Collierville to growing investment areas throughout North Mississippi.

Our Management Philosophy
We are intentionally selective in the properties we manage. By limiting the number of homes under our care, we are able to remain proactive, responsive, and hands-on.
To maintain service quality, we typically manage residential properties valued at $300,000 and above in stable, well-maintained neighborhoods throughout Shelby County and North Mississippi. This approach allows us to focus on long-term property care, strong tenant placement, and clear communication — rather than volume or shortcuts.
We work best with owners who value professionalism, long-term asset protection, and realistic expectations. If you are looking for the cheapest management option or a high-volume, reactive approach, we may not be the right fit — and that’s okay.
